Sometimes technical gremlins prevent DAN from getting to your inbox. Here’s a checklist of what to do if that happens.
- Is it a weekend? (We only publish on weekdays.)
- Is it a federal holiday? (We don’t publish on those days.)
- Check your spam folder to see if emails have gone there. For some reason email programs sometimes put it there even after delivering it perfectly for months. Make sure to “mark as not spam” in your email program.
- If you have Gmail, is it hiding in your promotions or social tab? (Click here for information on how to stop that from happening.)
- Add “news@downtownalbuquerquenews.com” to your contact list. All editions will be sent from this address.
- Send an email to news@downtownalbuquerquenews.com. This can often cause intermediate email filters to allow incoming messages.
- If you are on a corporate or government email account, talk to your IT department and tell them to whitelist news@downtownalbuquerquenews.com in the future. They often have email filters that are out of your individual control and can quickly resolve the issue.
- If none of that seems to work, please contact us.
