Sometimes technical gremlins prevent DAN from getting to your inbox. Here’s a checklist of what to do if that happens.
- Is it a weekend? (We only publish on weekdays.)
- Is it a federal holiday? (We don’t publish on those days.)
- Is DAN on vacation? (We typically take time off over the Christmas/New Year holidays, extending subscriptions in the process.
- Is it hiding in your spam folder? (For some reason email programs sometimes put it there even after delivering it perfectly for months.)
- If you have Gmail, is it hiding in your promotions or social tab? (Click here for information on how to stop that from happening.)
- If none of that seems to solve the problem, please contact us.
