Group subscription turnover policy

Team members come and go, but we’ve got you covered:

  • Replacing a team member: Just let us know the email address to remove and the email address to add and we’ll take care of it.
  • Adding an additional team member: Rather than redoing the invoice, we’ll recalculate your subscription with the new discount rate and let you know the new expiration date, which will be a bit sooner than before.
  • Removing an old team member: Again, rather than reworking the invoice, we’ll take that team member’s remaining subscription time and add it to the group’s plan, factoring in the new discount rate, so your subscription will last a bit longer than before.
